There would definitely be an initial correction in the mining markets if
they big boys let go. This sector would, however, be one of the first to
recover as it is already the most undervalued sector on the market.
(regardless of metal prices). The first securities in this sector to
recover will be those with production or proven reserves. Ashton's downside
would be greatly limited if they can report economic grades before any
market correction. If, however they don't then I would expect them to trade
down to the $2 -2.50 range. (in the event of a correction). If this is a concern then I suggest that people buy half now and save half for the potential correction. If investors are looking to buy a large position then I suggest that they dollar cost average a purchase. (a broker can explain this to anybody, it really works in this kind of market!)
