Stockman, et al., after seeing LU CEO on CNBC this morning, I am pretty convinced that LU will not be acquiring BAY. LU seems to have a strategy of in-house Bell Labs development along with some narrow strategic acquisitions. However, this could only make it more certain that someone else, e.g., Nortel, would feel compelled to take over BAY in order to compete with LU. Beachbumm
