Bill,

I wouldn't touch this stock until after the 30th of Sept. That's
when the convertible notes come due. I haven't read anything to
indicate a limit to those notes which in my mind makes them
bottomless. So, the lower the stock price when they are
converted the more shares can be bought by all owning the notes.
I might be wrong. There might be a limit to the conversion price
that was stated somewhere. I haven't seen it and I'm not about to
go looking. What I'd like to know is, are members of the company
eligible to purchase these new notes? Anyone?

By the way, Robert Case has got some "big ones" making a statement
about the impediment to the company for being a "penny stock".
Duh........maybe they shouldn't have diluted the stock three fold
over the last year and a half. Oh and now they are going to do a
reverse split. I guess that puts the company in a better position
make another secondary offering when they need funds to actually
start producing the machine for distribution. Sure am glad they're
on a firm technical footing, since they knocked the legs out from
under my investment.(:>)

Regards, Marty
