It is obvious that the David Stone portion was excluded from the PP, but various people, including myself, who talked to him, were told that the holdup related to an amount of $160,000. So lets see....$400,000 less $160,000 equals $240,000....where or where could the rest of the pp be......One might suspect that the holdup was not all VSE related but also related to a simple lack of interest....
