Name Change and Consolidation approved by the VSE. Effective at the open on Friday, May 29, 1998, the common shares of Pacific Galleon will be delisted and the shares of the new company PROSPECTOR INTERNATIONAL RESOURCES INC. will start trading. The symbol will be PIR. The shares are consolidated on a 12 old for 1 new share basis.
