Re: Fuzhou Fujiang acquisition. The company has been working since the summer of '97 on the acquisition. They had intended on completing the acquisition by Dec '97, but the unrest/instability in the Asian stock markets hampered the process. Now that things have settled, the company anticipates the acquistion could be completed in a 30 to 60 day timeframe (just waiting for government approval). The Chinese ginseng market is currently facing a 2 to 4 million pound shortage. Finalization of the acquisition will allow RMGG to market their products through FF to fill this shortage. RMGG has already set the stage by having their brands trademarked in China. When the acquisition is completed, RMGG can immediately begin distributing product through FF.
