biggs- The reverse is very common and a cost efficient way to get public.

And GM will "make" money by allowing the 18M of ICVI to trade-- then they can sell stock once their 50M is unrestricted.

So far, I would say that GM has already made $9,000,000 so far-- IN ONE WEEK. How?: (.50 * 18,000,000) - (.11 x 18,000,000)= $9M.

Is that not smart?

Get a clue how these things work-- I am IN the industry-- every Venture Capital deal I make people need the Exit Strategy of going public and most look at a reverse MERGER...
