Carole, YOU GO GIRL!!!! YOU TELL 'EM!! I have talked with Cheryl only a couple of times, and she was very professional and accommodating. I think that it is impolite to probe her for information. I have found that if she is authorized to give out information, she does so. If not, she zips those lips (as any good secretary would do). I agree with you 100%. Get Richard or Cliff on the phone if you want to probe. And BTW, I can offer ManX some really good suggestions on how to deal with "southern women" <grin> or he can watch "Gone With the Wind" again (just to refresh his memory - hahaha).
