David,
I didn't say the small banks wouldn't make it, I said they were more at risk due to more limited resources to direct at the problem. I work in the industry and know what type of efforts are being made in this direction. The solution is not a slam dunk but as I said the major players in the US appear to be making headway. What specific information do you have that makes you feel quite strongly that only the small banks will make it?
