Why target just CM most reporters have got this wrong according to B Schwartz. His politics have got him in a sticky wicket. As to libel/slander. If you put two lawyers in a room the only thing that they would agree upon is that their fees are reasonable. I still say slander. Either one if there is an ounce of truth to any of it there isn't much of a case. IMO Be Happy take advantage of the fire sale. You have got a chance to get in here I bet a double or triple from here if these allegations are found to be nothing. Even if some unintentional transfers a simple slap on wrist. Scott
