OK ... called the Transfer Agent: Signature Stock Transfer; Jason; (972) 788-4193;

Talked to Jason he does have the resolutionfrom the company but expects to have it today. I have called the company and I have expressed to him that arbitrgae is killing us ... The resolution is NOW being done ASAP they fully understand NOW.

Was told right away.
