We're seeing that same old trading pattern again:

Step 1 23K trades at 1/32 above the Ask.
Step 2 one minute later the Bid drops.
Step 3 then the Ask drops and several K trade at the new, lower Bid.
Step 4 the Bid drops further.

What was going on with the trade above the Ask? Can anyone enlighten me, please?
