Paul:

PMFJI, but here are some quick and dirty numbers regarding the nasdaq performance versus NOVL's. Remember, the nasdaq is made up of much more than tech stocks, so if someone can provide a tech index peak, versus today's values (% down from peak) my points would be even clearer.

NASDAQ peak is at 1931, and currently at 1762, off 8.75% from the top.
NOVL peak (I'm using 11 1/2s, as the intra-day 11 3/4s is really more a blip IMHO) is 11 1/2s bid, while current bid is 10 1/8, a decline from the top of 11.95%.

Yes, NOVL is off greater than the nasdaq averages, but compared to a purely tech stock index, I believe it falls right on target as a market performer.

Hence, I believe Toy's points were accurate, while I have provided the numerical evidence to substantiate.

Regards,

QuadK
