i think everyone has the sense that a market correction/crash always has to have some news behind it.. to state it more precisely, news that will ignite a panic selling is highly possibly but NOT a given. my take is, we can have a correction/crash simply because we've lost momentum.. not necessarily a news/event.. we simply lost steam..
