Wolfgang, fortunately I'm NOT the one making these rankings. I'm getting them off of my wonderful search criteria from Telescan's Prosearch 5.0. I just search for stocks that are in the top 5% and it comes out on the scans. I would never attempt either mathmatically or otherwise to find these out. I've been fine-tuning my scans for the last year and a half and together with the new Worden Charting software I can narrow down my choices. Then I run them through technical analysis to see how their charts rate. You don't want charts that are either heavily oversold or overbought.
