EP, As best as I can remember, the main reason for not being listed last year was the audit requirement of all the divisions. This would have been cost prohibitive and Joe knew he would be getting rid of CardCall. As far as finding out about the tangible asset question, this should be answered in the year end report coming out shortly. As some one reported a few posts back, I too am of the opinion Joe will apply for a listing after the LOCUS acquisition is completed. At that time DCI should meet all of the requirements with the exception of the price. I am not trying to fan any flames or get anyone too excited, just stating what I know about this question.
