Okay Ultimate Sleepers, just spoke with the Transfer Agent (where the hell did the phone number go!) and someone from Arcon will be there within half an hour to sign the paperwork. After that the warrants are officially exercisable at .50. He said the stuff was sitting on his desk all filled out. Once signed, the new conversion price will be faxed out to the brokerages etc.
