There have been so many discussions about LU and Bay but I seems to me that one of the reasons that LU would purchase Bay is for the Channel sales force.

Do you see that LU has developed a sales force that could reach out and touch the enterprise customers? Certainly in my area they are not considered to be formidable to say the least.
