Well, if you assume that the $29 price is firm and you can wait until September and the 45 day average of the QNTM stock does not get too out of whack, yes, you would get 3 3/4 above the current price. That is, if you sell it right before the deal is done and don't take any of the QNTM stock Where is my aspirin? I've got a headache! Bob
