I agree totally. The market has clearly changed from speculative to substantive for IPOs. I believe this will force FNET to be stronger out of the gate, resulting in a fair pricing as well as a base that should not fall out from underneath the stock's price once the IPO hype is washed away.

What we have today in FNET are three positives we did not have last year - decisive leadership focused soley on FNET, a realistic vision for implementation and world class hardware/software. I am in no way slamming Frank and the FTEL team. They have done a marvelous job with the hardware/software. I think the combination we have now is much healthier for the stock holders in both FTEL and FNET.

The only fault I have with the whole situation is that I have to wait, perhaps another year, before I can change from my current full time job to my next adventure.
