CPQr's--CPQ cannot crash and I'll tell you why!

CPQ is now a grown up animal(currently a bull), and volatility has decreased dramatically. CPQ is now backed by some impressive shareholder's equity numbers, which will bring in major bargain and value hunters if CPQ tries to crash. For example: 1) Shareholders equity is valued at $20 a share! Ratios of 5,6 and 7 to 1 are considered safe as compared to the stock price. CPQ's current S.E. ratio is less than 4! 2) Shareholders equity has increased nearly 20% in the last 9 months, an incredible % with this size company. 3) CPQ's positive cash flow of 300 million dollars a month is increasing! 4) CPQ is confident they will maintain 23-24% margins on increased sales over Q4.
You won't see a pull back unless there is a earnings surprise. CPQ hit new highs today, although it closed lower. CPQ dipped to 75 3/4, but immediately surged up. CPQ is just too good a value and bargain.LF
