Rick, you know I respect your opinion. But you were saying that back when Suharto was having problems, and now he is out. If you invest based on avoiding trouble spots, or only when the economy is booming, all you will be guaranteed of is buying high and selling low at some future time. Me, I like to buy when others are selling and selling when the price is much much higher. Weak economies and cheap telephone minutes.... sounds like a pretty good investement to me :-)
