To All:
I just got back for the gki shareholders meeting. I met Gary Kimmons
and Rod Canion, both had something to comment on.

The amendment to increase authorized shares to 250 million passed
with flying colors. 23 million shares outstanding 15 million shares
to vote and another 8 million preferred convertible also.

15 million for and 131 thousand against. Not much to report other
than all shareholders present received a copy of around the web in
80 minutes.

The company at present have 2 officers, Gary Kimmons, CEO and Rod Norville, Vice President. There are 15 additional staff with more officers and staff coming soon.

Gary started the meeting and mentioned the following accomplishments:
$7 million private placement since 1/98
Key board members added
Beta Test Phase of first product..close to being marketed
Move to the American Exchange

Current Priorities:
staff key positions - CFO
Develope marketing plan
Develope infrastructure
Launch first product ( around the web in 80 minutes)"soon"
Create new products

Comments by Rod Canion:
He met Gary just 2 months ago
He is very excited about the potential of the company
He is heavily involved in day to day operations
The concept of Gary's is very similiar to his own vision
The technology of gki will get them into other areas including
government and education.

Two of us asked questions concerning the shorts. Neither Gary or Rod
knew or commented as to the number of shorts if any. I asked if there
might be any company liability regard to the shorts covering. They
see "no" company liability. Everything was done properly to move
to the american exchange

I hope this is of some interest to all of you!
