I also believe the major hold up was the audited financials. As far as the tangible assets are concerned I believe they meet that easily now. I don't have the FS in front of me but I don't believe we have 10 mil in Goodwill which would be the major intangible. I also want to remember that Joe wrote off most if not all of the goodwill when he sold cardcall. Once the Y/E audit is complete the only obstacle as far as I can tell will be the price. Closing Locus would be a big step toward getting the price up. Also if YE numbers are a bit of a positive surprise, we may see a boost in price. Tom in WI
