Well, the answer to your question arrived last night. DDL's earnings (NOT!) and restatement of the goodwill amort. period back down to 5 years represent a double whammy. There was no comment about anticipated future performance in any of the reports I read. Anyone have new info? When will the Jolt deal be wrapped up? It seems to drag on. KQB
