GA,

Quick question. Since you are into shells. Look at EJTX - now I know volume is too scary and I'm not in but I was during last run. Question is how does one identify if a shell is in the process of being taken over. Does one see a historic pattern as w/ EJTX? I called co. no one there (BTW, they are out of Englewood, CO.) Got # from information and the co. issuing stock. How does one identify shell before take over? Any ideas?

Eric
