Ted, The numbers for die size came directly from Intel's Web site, which was updated in October of 96. I do not know how to embed a hot link so here is the URL:

The die size I quoted as stated in the Table is for 150 MHz- 200 MHz.

I believe that the first Klamath chip which Intel plans to introduce is supposed to provide Pentium Pro performance numbers. Have you heard anything different?

Have you found any more up to date die size specifications?
