Interesting that CJ was not in court.
I recall that SUF's representatives had announced the incorrect date as to when the case would be heard.
It seems obvious that they deliberately misinformed the public and press as to the correct date , so that the press and interested parties would not be witness to the capitulation by SUF and CJ would not have to be humiliated.
The legal team knew the correct date which means that CJ was also aware. The only inference that can be drawn is that he did not want to be there in person to face questions that would be presented to him by members of the press.Clever move!
