Peter, I hope you are right. The difference here may be that this seems to be possibly unrelated to options. If you look at this individuals last sale, last September I believe, the shares held now are 30K less than shares reported held at that time. Appears to be a direct 25% reduction in his holdings.

May still mean nothing. A nervous market like this certainly accentuates (sp) the interpretations of sales like this.
