I guess the next question is what did you buy to go with it? Did you buy software? Anti-virus, word processing/office suite, graphics, money management, etc. Did you buy a printer? Scanner? Games? Video or digital camera? Did you get a new internet account? Did you have to buy some books to learn the system?
Is this the first computer, or a second machine, or in your case Pierre, number 25,462? What software and peripherals do you take from your old system? Do you need a program to transfer data from your old system to the new one?
By the way, I've been looking at the classified adds. I've been thinking of upgrading my laptop. Well, what do I do with it when I get the new machine? If I wait too long, I'll save some money on the new machine, but how much will I loose on the old machine?
