Wayne,

Questions for/about Astris:

POOR REPORTING
1. They got into trouble in Canada with failing to report last year, and haven't really been much better in filing financials in the U.S. this year. I know we will see losses, but can we expect any improvement on this front.

NEED FOR PUBLICITY
2. Much of the web info on Astris is either gone, or is old. Any plans on an updated Astris web site? Are there any plans to publicize the ASRF and prototype vehicles? There was a rumor that kids would be driving around the Washington monument for 8 hours. Any truth to this, or is anything planned to reach the mainstream press?

ANY MARKETING PLANS?
3. Marketing. Beyond just showing off a prototype vehicle, what are the plans to move into commercial production? Is ASRF actively searching for an R&D partner or joint venture? Are we hoping to see VW, Toyota, or another car company buy into ASRF fuel cells? What happens if a big car company doesn't buy into ASRF? What is the status of their agreements with their existing partners?--we hear no news, nor see any linkages from the bigger companies. Any deals with golf cart makers? Or those little vehicles police departments use to enforce parking meters? Any talks with these kinds of companies?

ADVANTAGES OF ALKALINE FUEL CELLS
4. Size and power efficiency numbers?. Many of us are here because we believe that alkaline fuel cells will be smaller and more powerful than PEM fuel cells. The PEM guys actively boast of their kilowatt output. Are there any comparisons with size, efficiency, price, operating costs, etc. that can be released that compares alkaline and PEM fuel cells? What does a canister of hydrogen cost in order to run the thing for 8 hours? What will an alkaline fuel cell vehicle cost compared to an electric vehicle? Or to a PEM vehicle?

Thanks for doing the legwork. If you can pin them down and get solid answers, this stock should move up substantially.
