Jeff, I visited SOE in Miami but the office is in the Barnett Bank Building. The offices are called Huttoe and Associates. There is no mention anywhere of SOE not even on the office door or at the downstairs entrance. I'm 99% confident that the bank owns the building and Charlie rents from them. Barnett Bank is the largest bank in Florida and owns tons of real estate. Gary
