ActiveTouch Acquires Web Real-Time Collaboration Technology and Business From Quarterdeck; ActiveTouch to Market Scaleable T.120 Server

SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 27, 1998--ActiveTouch Inc., today announced it has reached an agreement to acquire all of the technology assets and business from Future Labs Inc., a division of Quarterdeck Corp.

This acquisition will provide ActiveTouch with a highly scaleable, industry standard T.120 compatible server for real-time collaboration on the Internet.

ActiveTouch will market the Future Labs T.120 product and ActiveTouch Server to software vendors developing web based real-time collaboration solutions.
