Some info on shorting OTC:BB stocks. Message 4606485 <<Now, about those retail short sellers. It is against the law to short AENG in a retail account. Please be my guest and call the NASD and ask if a retail account can short a nonmarginable BB stock. Any firm doing so will be in violation. And who is Goldy kidding? In my opinion, if he isn't working full time for a short selling brokerage firm, he's being paid to act as a front.
