MASK's purchase of the ETEC equipment appears to indicate that MASK will be attempting to move into the high end of the photo mask business in order to get a piece of the growing DUV photo mask business. Is this a good assumption? MASK is valued very cheaply in comparison to PLAB and DPMI. So the pertinent question (long term) would seem to be whether or not MASK can compete with PLAB and DPMI. Do you have any opinions on this? Thanks for any inputs you may have.
