A "chance" may not be good enough! Even with this litigation out of the way, will Ulgx be able to sell the Targis systems? The "non- exclusive" use of the patented process in question still doesn't make for automatic sales to the medical community. I doubt that the medical community has been waiting for this litigation to come to an end before making their purchases. I still have a concern about the acceptance of this particular procedure over others. All this said, I still own my 1000 shares just in case I am too pessimistic.
