I think they are trading well below their potential value (rare to say that in this market environment) but i would be dubious since any takeover would probably be hostile, thus unlikely. But guess what? I have been wrong before !!!!! :-) good luck today with earnings. p.s. are you above water with HMSY? I'm still in the red
