I, like another poster on this thread, spoke to Michael Sheppard towards the end of last week. As posted earlier, he told me he expects the web site to be up and running by the middle of June. He told me they had made some incredible progress and breakthroughs during the week toward completing the site. I also inquired as to the possibility of a reverse split to reach the $4 bid price for NASDAQ listing. He said that at this point that wasn't even a consideration (please note, he made it clear that he was not saying that that would never happen). He said that with upcoming news, the completion of the web site, product shipment to consumers, increasing assets, increasing recognition of the company, and finally revenues, he expects the stock price to achieve at least $4 on its own merits. Finally, I asked about their initial target consumers. He said the initial target group was obviously the financial industry, but much interest from other sectors had already been expressed to him. I bought in today, fearing that if I waited any longer I would miss what I expect to be a giant leap in price in the near term. Hope this is informative.
