Gee why give 30%+ equity away to a penny stock company. mmmmmmmmmmmm I don,t suppose it might have anything to do with taking advantage of the current low prices of natural resources and trying to raise capital to buy undervalued assets before the inevitable runup in prices. I guess I'm just being foolish. Why on earth would a smart energy guy even think of doing such a thing? MARK C.
