NSM order is to an extent more important than the order from Hitachi, because the Japanese market is farmed out to Ando.

A combination of a positive announcement and bad earnings could provide the right news mix to attract some sell side analysts and institutional buying - look at stocks like LRCX and MU, or at SFAM action today. Unfortunately, LTXX is small and does not plan a seciondary offering :(

Hopefully, SOX (semiconductor index) will bottom out soon, this will provide upward momentum for the ATE sector.
