barney,
the few minor problems that i have had with livetrade, have been dealt with, quickly and very friendly. have you had the same experience. i mostly talk with gary and sometimes with andrew. they have both been very helpful.
livetrade is the first online broker i have ever dealt with. in researching, i found that every firm has its problems. livetrade has its problems, but like i said, they have been dealt with right away and courteously.
