You bet.. but consider this. In August 1997, no one else could buy stock as they weren't listed. Mr. Collardeau has buried himself in this business for two years. If he can make a success of it, he will have earned his keep. I own a privately held corporation with 1,000,000 shares issued. If I were to go public, I would take a large piece of that with me.
