Spoke to Claudia today and they estimate a minimum of 100,000 helmets will be sold at $13.00 per helmet through the Health Partners contract they now are filling. 800,000 members belong to Health Partners. No new news on possible buyers for HDST. About 2 weeks ago I spoke with HDST about # shares outstanding and such. They told me Jersey Transfer & Trust Veronia NJ 973-239-2361 is their transfer agent. The figures HDST staff gave me from Tom were 40 million total authorized shares 37 million shares outstanding 28-31 million share float. So I would think we have no 20% hanging around. Seems Farris your the next CEO.
