If the stock wasn't public in August 1997 then I assume that sometime between then and now the company did an IPO. Any idea where that money went?? Company financials as of May 1998 *Cash of only $300,000 and equity of ($20,000). *The financials raise other troubling points. For instance, although ProNet Link is going to run a global Internet-based trade clearing house, it has less than $5,000 worth of computers. That would cover one really nice laptop or a couple of moderate PCs, but hardly the hardware necessary to support the kind of information network it has proposed.
