Pierre,
"Looking for a sign to get back into (this) game."
They don't ring bells at the bottom either.
I still think Maxtor, Samsung and Fujitsu will have to pull in their horns. Minimally, expansion plans get shelved. Or they get bought--at least Maxtor may; no one would want Samsung, from what I can gather, and maybe Fujitsu has enough over-all corporate resources to hang in there, even though they are suffering as a company. Or they just disappear. Of course, someone could always hire Finis Conner, if they can deal with his ego.

Interesting that SEG went up nicely today. They just hired a Maxtor VP in charge of new product introductions. Maybe he can work with their WDC hires of last year, and make some magic happen in SEG's desktop program. QNTM's share buyback will probably lend some stability to its stock valuation. Also, read on JBL thread that they will start production on the DLT4000 in FL starting in June. That has been the month that QNTM has been saying that the inventory correction for DLT will end. Hope so. Can't happen too soon for me.

Hanging in there for now,
Sam
