IBS Investors: When I get excited about a company, I tend to do considerable amount of due diligence and research in connection with my investment. IN regard to IBSS, I hopped on a plane and met with the CEO and other top management. In addition, I met with Co's most important client. A leading apparel mfg. named Americal about 40mi North of Releigh, N.C. The Americal people are extremely pleased with the relationship with IBSS and are experiening considerable of cost savings as a result of the IBS FIS Order Fulfillment System. All and all, my visit confirmed the quality of IBS management team which includes 4 or 5 very strong members that I met as well as the strenth of the IBS FIS 2.0 newely released system. IBSS is continuing to focus on developing strategic relation- ships as part of its marketing stradegy by demonstrating their system to key type businesses. In this regard, the Co recently announced a relationship with NCR as well as Western Digital. These are important, because the strenth of Marketing Association will enhance their ability to place their system and these deals build credibility with management as well as the Company's products. One aspect of the NCR deal is it significant to the fact that NCR has agreed to provide financing for IBSS inconjuction with NCR's hardware. i expect the Company will enter into other significant relationships. In addition I anticipate significant increased sales of the Company's software in relatively near future. I understand the Company is continuing to work on trading on the OTC-BB, and I will keep you posted when I hear anything further in this regard. There is also a private placement pending which was priviously accounced and of course the company is in serious negotiations for the sale of their product. In conclusion, it is an extremely exciting situation, which could develope into a 'baby Oracle". We are getting in on the ground floor of something that appears to be very special.
