I was just guessing the delay was waiting for government approval, which who knows how long that would take. Looks like the key factor now is the financing, which should not be a problem obtaining from either a private placement or traditional loans.

This is outstanding news. The hard part is done. The deal is approved and a deposit has been sent. I have no idea what's left to do after the initial deposit to close the deal, but it would seem that closure is imminent.
