The information came along with the Annual Report which I received today. Holders of the new series of preferred shares get first "dibs" on any future dividends and get first access to assets, should the company liquidate or dissolve. For those of us who suffered through all of WRM's problems, over the years, it now appears that when the prospect of real returns is in front of us, they want to divert the profits to a privileged group of (I would assume) private investors. I saw no reference to the preferred shares being made available to owners of common shares. If my read is correct, I will turn the annual meeting into a circus. Regards.
