Howdy.....It's nice to live close to the seats of mgt and you seem to have fairly astute powers of observation .....I live about 4 or so hours drive from the Railroad property !!!!! Does the "old wives trick" explain away insider trading ????? It seems to me you must have some sort of interest ?????.....or are you just being kind to us shareholders :-)]] OR...... ?????
