Hello all:

Thank you Peter, for your contribution in your phone call to Banyan. This is the kind of post that gives quality to this board. I am curious about one thing.....what, from your conversation with them led you to believe that there was only a 50/50 chance of the deal with MDIX being consummated? Was it the lack of financial evidence presented, something in the news releases, or something she related?

On RTL's excellent point. I think there are a lot of people who were talked into buying this stock from a message board, friend, pump and dump....rather than really assessing the situation from all angles and making an informed decision. This is not an attempt to point a finger at anyone. Trust me. By that same token, I think perhaps those people have learned a lesson about that.

And I can certainly say that Mike's information is valid. Has it all come to pass? Not yet. This is a stock for the patient, not for the quick in and out. I do daytrade some, and enjoy it, but the bottom line is.....this isnt that kind of company.

The fact that things have not necessarily come to pass as yet does not mean that they will not. Certainly, management has many i's to dot and t's to cross to bring things about. And, these kinds of things are always subject to change.

And while I've made some money in the market.....I'm still just a music teacher. :)
